1 Introduction

5 Account Registration

7 Deposits & Payments

The following general conditions apply to deposits:

9 Bonuses & Promotions

SZ786 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentives to eligible Users. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and minimum odds where applicable. These are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read and accepted before claiming.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address or device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

10 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on SZ786:

• Bet Acceptance: SZ786 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion. No bet is confirmed until you receive a written confirmation of acceptance.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: Where a bet is placed at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous (e.g., due to a technical error or a data feed malfunction), SZ786 reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake. • Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to latency and data-feed delays. SZ786 accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of information that is not yet reflected in the live odds.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SZ786. Any User found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or in collusion with others;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by SZ786;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;

• Abusing promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated strategies to circumvent bonus terms;
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens the integrity of a sporting event, including but not limited to insider betting on information not publicly available;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where such access is known to you to be unlawful;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or SZ786 support staff.

12 Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these Terms shall limit SZ786's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SZ786 holds its operating licence. Specific licensing jurisdiction details are published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through SZ786's complaints procedure.

For Users in Pakistan: SZ786 does not assert that these Terms override Pakistani domestic law. Users in Pakistan are subject to Pakistani law in relation to their use of the Platform and must act in compliance with all applicable national and provincial regulations.

16 Amendments to These Terms

SZ786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, SZ786 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
